Theme Giant Bulb – The old dunes
The growers soon found out that flower bulbs thrive best on sandy soil. That is why in the past pieces of dune were excavated for large-scale flower bulb cultivation. Dunes and bulb fields therefore belong together!
Artist – Judith van der Meer
Judith has been making commissioned art for 25 years. She specialized in murals where she often gets inspired by nature. Her work is quite diverse: from small paintings by private individuals to large art projects commissioned by companies and municipalities. She hopes to make a contribution making public spaces more fun with these kinds of colorful work.
