Theme Giant Bulb – Bulblub

Placed so many meters below sea level, the Giant Tulip Bulb  features the word ‘bulblub’ in graffiti letters.
Bulblub is a palindrome (the middle, inverted B clarifies that) and it is a pun; the English word bulb, merged with the Dutch blub. In the image, the waves wash against the word ‘bulblub’ and the water laps around the coat of arms of Leiden. The tulip bulb is apparently – blubberdeblubskie – almost under water. Will we keep it dry in the county South-Holland?
